Pre purchase consultation:

Taking on a tortoise as a pet is not a decision to be made in a hurry. With the correct care and husbandry you are looking at a life span of anything up to 100 years. In lieu of this I can now offer a one off consultation in your home (assuming you live a reasonable distance away). The consultation wil include:

Advice on your set up

Ideas for your garden enclosure

and the opportunity to see a baby and/or adult Hermans or Horsfield Tortoise.

You will also have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like, in order to decide if a tortoise is for you or not.

There is a one off fee for this personal home visit plus travel costs.

The consultation will normally take place at a weekend so that all of your family can be involved.
